Hi, thanks for visiting. My name is Terry Alling and I am a local investor who buys many properties in Skagit County every year. I take pride in doing my very best to explain every step of the process to folks who have decided to sell thier home. I feel it is my job to listen to the seller and come up with something that works for both of us.
